Tairitsu (Summer) is a partner in Arcaea. She was obtainable from August 31st, 2018 to September 7th, 2018 along with Hikari (Summer) to celebrate the end of summer. She was made available again from August 3rd, 2019 to August 10th, 2019.

Appearance

While Tairitsu wears the same hair bows as in her regular outfit, the rest of her clothing is different. Her dress is long and black with loose straps and a darker black frill around the top; the lower half is plain but seemingly full. A black ribbon is tied around her waist with the bow behind her. She also wears a pair of long black gloves that extend past her elbows, as well as black shoes with ribbons tied around her lower legs.

Notes

Tairitsu (Summer) puts a heavy emphasis on FRAG but loses 2 overall stats compared to her regular Tairitsu form (158 < 160). She is effectively a slightly worse Kou but a better Luna overall, but comes slightly ahead from both in terms of FRAG stat.

• Her maximum FRAG stat translate to 1.84x fragment multiplier.
• Her maximum STEP stat translate to 1.32x step multiplier for world mode.

Prior to Pandora Nemesis (MTA-XXX), Tairitsu (Summer) has the highest FRAG stat of all partners. However, she only leads it by 0.04x and therefore doesn't make a huge difference in the long run. This is also compounded by the fact that you have to play her with MIRROR on and you may need to relearn charts. However, as discussed in Lethe's Notes, this can be used to help players having problems with certain sections that are dominant to a specific hand or break an already built up muscle memory to keep players independent of muscle memory.

Trivia

• Tairitsu (Summer) has the fourth highest FRAG stat of all the partners after Pandora Nemesis (MTA-XXX) at level 30 (105 FRAG), Kou at level 30 (100 FRAG), and Kanae at level 20 (95 FRAG).
