Setsuna is a limited collaboration Partner in Arcaea, added in Chapter 2 of the Arcaea x O.N.G.E.K.I. collaboration. She can be obtained by purchasing the O.N.G.E.K.I. Collaboration Chapter 2 pack and playing her event map, which was first available from October 4th to October 17th, 2022.

Skill

Setsuna's O.N.G.E.K.I. skill functions much like Luna & Mia's skill. Setsuna's variant of the skill uses the HARD Recollection Gauge, which starts at 50 Rate, and resets to 50 Rate every time the Rate hits 100 and Overdamage is dealt. Each Overdamage grants a random bonus of +1 to +3 Fragments.

The total Overdamage Fragment bonus is given as a PARTNER bonus, added before the FRAG multiplier is applied. Clearing songs with Setsuna's skill earns a red hard clear.

Trivia

• In O.N.G.E.K.I., Setsuna is a 3rd-year high school student and the president of the Student Union of Sosaka Gakuen (奏坂学園).
  • Her full name is Setsuna Sumeragi (皇城 セツナ).
    • Her name, Setsuna (刹那), literally means "an instant".
  • Like Saki and Mia, Setsuna is depicted in her shooter outfit.
    • Arcaea's partner art uses her shooter outfit character art from O.N.G.E.K.I.
• Setsuna's skill is a reference to O.N.G.E.K.I.'s Overdamage mechanic.
  • Hitting notes in O.N.G.E.K.I. deals damage against the opponent character, whose health is represented as a percentage.
  • Reducing their health to 0% deals Overdamage, with their health resetting to 100% afterwards. This can be triggered multiple times throughout a song.
  • Each time Overdamage is dealt, it grants a random Jewel/Money bonus.
• As of v4.1.4, she is the second HARD partner to have a starting rate of <100 (after Pandora Nemesis (MTA-XXX)).
• Setsuna's World Mode map consists of sets of tiles whose step counts increase from 50 to 100 and then reset, possibly referencing her Overdamage skill mechanic.
